Things to know before your arrival:
- No elevator - LOTS OF EXTERIOR STAIRS!
- Free Parking!
- Room offers WiFi as well as Smart TVs, must have your own login for streaming app use.
- You will receive a text with your door code on day of arrival.
- If you need help with your bags please request when making the reservation.
- Self check-ins with keyless entry.
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3 PM till 9 PM during peak season and 3 PM till 7 PM during off-peak. Please email, info@theimogene.com, or call ahead, 970-325-0500, if you are planning on a late arrival for special instructions. Check-out time is 10:30 AM. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate later check-outs.
- CANCELLATION: We collect payment for your stay seven days prior to arrival. At that point, cancellation is non-refundable.
- PROCESS PAYMENT: We accept Visa / MasterCard / Discover/Amex. Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for payment in full for all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. NO REFUNDS-Once final payment has been made. Please NOTE: We do send out a reminder 10 days prior to check-in so you can update your Estimated Time of Arrival and Credit Card, if needed.
- TAX: Total tax is 12.95 %. Should taxes be adjusted at beginning of calendar year reservations will be adjusted accordingly.
- DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS: As a historic hotel our environment is more fragile than most; should damages occur we will need to charge an appropriate fee for repair or replacement. Damages are for items, above and beyond, normal wear and tear. Any items missing from hotel room, upon departure, i.e., pillows, blankets, quilts, towels, remote control, etc. will be charged to credit card on file.
- REFUNDS: We charge the total amount for your stay seven days prior to arrival. Once your card has been charged, cancellation is non-refundable.
- EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Should extreme cleaning be needed, including extensive cleaning to bedding, linens, hair dye, etc. a minimum fee of $50 will be charged to credit card on file.
- NON-SMOKING: Our historic hotel is absolutely smoke-free. This includes all smoking, of any kind, incense and candles. Charges may be in excess of $250, depending upon damages.
- GUEST NOTICE: This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests nor loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
- Children 12 years and older accommodated. Roll away beds are not provided. There is a two person maximum per room.
- We are NOT a pet friendly property.
- This is a satellite property, please provide a phone number that you will be traveling with that has texting capabilities in order to receive arrival information. For guests traveling internationally, please provide a working US phone number or a WhatsApp phone number.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events. Hotel rates will not change after reservation confirmation, however, tax rates may.
